Our office which is located at 3 Chorister Place in Flemington, NJ (just off of Main Street adjacent to the Flemington Borough Police Department) and is open to the public on Saturdays only from 10am to 2pm.
SOME EVENTS WILL REQUIRE RESERVATIONS, ALTHOUGH MOST ARE FREE. Reservations will be taken on a first come first served basis. Reservation information will be posted 3 to 4 weeks prior to each event.

Gebhardt & Kiefer, Donate Saplings Shade Tree Commission Chair John Anderson is joined by his son Michael and volunteers Carolyn Sepkowski & Alla Dmytrieva as they help plant 130 saplings at South County Park in celebration of National Arbor Day. The trees were donated by the law firm of Gebhardt & Kiefer, celebrating its 130th anniversary this year. The Shade Tree Commission will be planting 300 trees in 2014.
County Historian Stephanie StevensOn June 4th, County Historian Stephanie Stevens will hold a lecture on the Historiy of Hunterdon Women and the Women of Hunterdon. Space is still available!

The First 300 Years...of Hunterdon County, 1714-2014. Published by the Hunterdon County Cultural and Heritage Commission for the Hunterdon Tricentennial Committee. Life in Hunterdon....1714, 1814 & 1914. Union Township Middle School 7th grader Christopher Dyson models what he would have worn and learns how he would have lived in Hunterdon County on March 22, 1714 in a talk given by County Historian Stephanie Stevens. Stephanie will be continuing the series of Life in Hunterdon in both 1814 on September 9th and 1914 on October 9th.

Teaberry's Tea Shoplocated in Flemington served up an amazing assortment of treats popular during the Civil War period. The 300th will be celebrating both the holidays and the end of our special celebratory year with a special afternoon tea at Teaberry's on December 27th
Anne and Ridley Enslowreceived a standing ovation for the performance of both entertaining and often poignant Civil War period music." The Enslows will be performing Christmas music heard at the time of the Revolutionary War on December 20th.
